Use of the service

WorkCaddie is provided to licensed service providers for the purpose of documenting completed work and delivering those reports to the property owner who requested the service. Service providers agree to use WorkCaddie only for legitimate service reports tied to work they have performed, and only to send SMS to property owners who have provided their mobile number for that purpose.

Prohibited uses

• Sending marketing, promotional, or unsolicited messages.
• Using numbers collected from purchased lists, web scraping, or any source other than direct opt-in at a service visit.
• Misrepresenting the sender, the scope of work, or the contents of a report.
• Any activity that violates applicable law, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and carrier guidelines for A2P messaging.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions and billing

Some WorkCaddie contractor features require an auto-renewing subscription. Available plans, prices, billing periods, free-tier report limits, and included features are shown in the app before you purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting your WorkCaddie account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an active Apple subscription.

Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. Apple may notify you before subscription prices change; if Apple requires consent for a price change, your subscription may not renew unless you accept the new price.

Without a subscription you may share up to 10 reports per account. Re-sending an already-shared report does not count against this limit. A Solo subscription removes the limit. Canceling stops future renewals; paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Content ownership

Service providers retain ownership of the reports they create. Property owners retain ownership of reports saved to their account. WorkCaddie stores this content solely to provide the service.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. WorkCaddie is a communication tool; it does not verify the accuracy of service provider assessments, and reports should not be treated as a licensed inspection or warranty.
