SMS consent & messaging terms

How consent is collected

WorkCaddie is used by licensed home-service contractors (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and other trades) to send a link to the service report of a job they just completed for a homeowner. Consent to receive SMS from WorkCaddie is collected verbally and in-person by the contractor at the job site: the homeowner provides their mobile number to the contractor specifically so they can receive the report for that visit. There is no web form, marketing list, purchased list, or automated opt-in flow.

What you'll receive

A single SMS per completed service visit, sent by the contractor who performed the work. The message contains a short branded preamble and a unique link to a private digital report of the repairs documented on that visit. You will not receive marketing, promotions, solicitations, or bulk content from WorkCaddie.

Message frequency

Typically one message per service visit. Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any WorkCaddie SMS at any time to stop receiving further messages from that sender. You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out, after which no further SMS will be sent.

Help

Reply HELP to any WorkCaddie SMS for assistance, or email support@homescope.app. For questions about a specific report, contact the contractor who performed the work.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile numbers collected for SMS delivery are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our privacy policy for details.
